During lockdown, I've been conscious about what I consume and how it makes me feel.

This juice has been part of my daily routine for almost 2 months and the results are quite astounding. Visibly better skin, increased energy levels and reduced water retention.  If you suffer from thyroid or adrenal conditions this can really support your body, particularly if you are at a low ebb or feel out of balance.  

1/2 Cucumber
x2 Celery hearts
Apple (optional/sweetener)
Ginger



Celery juice has so many incredible healing properties. It cleanses the digestive tract and liver, making it highly effective as part of your daily detox routine.  The juice is best taken on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning for maximum impact. Adding ginger to the juice stimulates the digestive enzymes, whilst apples can make it taste sweeter and is entirely optional.

Some people can be sensitive and/or allergic to celery, so take it slow at first with a small glass.

Over the coming weeks, I'll share some of my strategies to help maintain a positive mindset.
